Returns

    • Due to the hygienic nature of our loungewear products, returns are generally not accepted. We encourage our customers to review their order and size carefully before making a purchase.

    • If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or if there was a mistake in your order, you are encouraged to contact us at our customer service email. We will investigate each case thoroughly to determine if an exception can be made.

  3. Conditions for Return Consideration

    • Returns will only be considered if the customer initiates contact within 7 days of receipt.
    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility

    • After investigating the return request, if we find that the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent due to an error on our part, a refund may be issued, at our discretion.
    • Refunds, when approved, will be processed based on the original method of payment.

  2. Process

    • If a refund is confirmed, it will be processed without a predefined time frame, ensuring flexibility to accommodate various circumstances.
    • Any returns that do not meet our conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items are exempt from being returned:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and not due to customer mishandling. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
